A by-product of our MFMM-invention is its ability to manufacture beverages, desserts, mousses and puddings with reduced fats content by using micro-foamed plant’s milk instead of whipped cow milk.

Ingredients in cakes using the MFMM process, include eggs, apples, micro-foamed plant’s milk, such as almonds, soy, honey dates, without sugar, almond+ walnuts+ tapioca powders, cocoa powder. We’re currently developing natural ingredients to replace the eggs within cakes.
