We have a unique apparatus to identify if the milk is fresh. The traditional test equipment consists of a thermometer sensing the milk’s temperature. If the “passing test milk” stays additional time at room temperature or if “failed” test milk is cooled then it is not detected by the traditional test that may affect the milk. The MFMM tests the milk’s behavior that includes its creamy texture and sweet taste that cannot be achieved “just” by milk at 10 centigrade sensed by the traditional thermometer.
The MFMM will become the next inspector of Health Departments.
